제이스톤 operates Nolta (nolta.kr) and handles personal information for it.
- Service: Nolta
- Operator: 제이스톤

If this English text and the Korean text differ, the Korean text is the official one.
What is processed
There is no sign-up. Nolta does not ask for an email address, phone number, legal name, postal address, or resident registration number.
When a score is saved, or a result is shared, the server stores the following.
- A name, up to 12 characters. If the field is empty, the service fills in a generated name.
- A game or quiz score. A grade or this week’s rank is included in the public sentence when there is one.
- A type name for a type test. Item percentages are stored when the test calculates them. Individual answers are not stored.
- Which item was played, the screen language, the time of the record, and the sentence shown on the share page.
- For a score record only, a secret used to edit that record’s name. It is not shown on any public page.
A score outside the accepted range is not stored. A type result is stored only when the player shares it.
The following stay on the device and are not sent to the server.
- The name last typed.
- Whether sound is on. This is not used to identify a person.
Play counts are totals per item. They do not record who played.
On screens with ads, Google AdSense may process cookies, advertising identifiers, the page address, and whether an ad was clicked. Those details are not written into Nolta’s score database.
Why
- To build and show the weekly board and share cards
- To let a player edit the name on their own score
- To count how often each item is opened
- To show ads
- To answer requests to see, correct, or delete a record
How long
Names, scores, type results, share sentences, and name-edit secrets are kept while the service runs.
A record is deleted when a deletion request is accepted. How to ask is described under Rights.
A name or sound setting left on the device is removed when site data is cleared in the browser.
How long Google keeps advertising cookies follows Google’s policy.
What other people can see
The weekly board shows the name and the score.
A share link shows the name, the result, and the share sentence. Percentages are shown when the result has them. Anyone with the link can open it, including someone who receives it in a message or on another site.
The name-edit secret, the sound setting, and the play-count totals are not published.
Sharing with others
Nolta does not sell names, scores, or type results, and does not hand that database to another company.
Transfers outside Korea
Score records stay on a server in the Republic of Korea. Google processes advertising data on the device so ads can be shown.
- Recipient: Google LLC
- Country: the United States and other countries where Google processes ads
- Items: advertising cookies, advertising identifiers, the page address, and whether an ad was clicked
- Purpose: showing and measuring ads
- When and how: when a page with an ad opens, through Google’s ad script
- Retention: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Rights
A player may ask to see, correct, delete, or stop processing their own record.
Email jinsuseok@naver.com with the subject “Nolta privacy”, and include the share link or the name, score, and approximate time.
The request has to match the share link or details that belong to that record, so someone else’s record is not deleted. A request that cannot be matched may be refused.
The name on a score can also be edited on the result screen that created it.
Deletion
When a deletion is accepted, that record is removed from the database.
Play-count totals do not identify a person, so a total may stay after one record is deleted.
Safeguards
- The site is served over HTTPS.
- The name-edit secret is not included on public pages.
- Records are kept in the database on the server that runs the service.
Children under 14
Nolta does not seek personal information from children under 14 without a guardian’s consent. A record confirmed to be a child’s is deleted.
Sensitive information
Nolta does not collect resident registration numbers, health information, or beliefs. A type result is for fun. It is not a diagnosis or a counseling record.
Cookies
Nolta does not set a login cookie.
Google advertising cookies can be turned off in the browser. Ads may then be missing or less relevant. Games, tests, and quizzes still work without those cookies.
Changes
If the information being processed changes, this page is updated with a new effective date.
